Purpose: OptiPerl will help you create CGI scripts in Perl, offline in Windows. It is a fully integrated developing environment for creating, testing, debugging and running perl scripts, directly or through associated html documents.

Installation: Run installer. No registry use.

Status: Shareware (30-day trial). Some features have been disabled. Please distrubute in it's original condition. 

Distribution Status: Unregistered Version is freely distributable.

Special requirements: Internet Explorer 5 or above should be installed.
